  • Avoid using ice creams in dinner and use frozen yogurt to save up to 120 calories.
  • Instead of eating strawberry ice cream you can eat strawberries topped with fat free cream which gives you a reduced calorie level of 102.

Skipping sauces, creams and fatty products from diet plans are beneficial to maintain the body mass index and a reduced weight is achieved.
